What CBD tincture dosage is right for me?
Upstate Elevator is not in a position to recommend an optimal serving size as different people will react to CBD differently. Many customers will start with a few drops under the tongue to see how it affects them. Why do you recommend putting the tincture under the tongue?
Holding tincture under the tongue allows some of the compounds to enter the bloodstream directly through the capillaries in your mouth, bypassing the digestive system and liver metabolization, where they interact with the endocannabinoid system more quickly. We suggest holding it sublingually for at least 30 seconds.
Are CBD hemp oil tinctures better than CBD capsules or pills?
