REFUND POLICY

Satisfaction Guarantee: All Upstate products carry a thirty day customer satisfaction guarantee. We believe in the quality, purity, and consistency of our products – and we stand behind them 100%. If you are not satisfied with an Upstate product you may return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a full refund or give you the opportunity to exchange it for another product. It is that simple!

If you purchased our product through an Upstate Elevator Supply Co. distributor or retailer, go to the original purchase location for a return or exchange.

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping: All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our facilities. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product, along with photos of any physical damage endured.
